If you have ever been to the grocery store or a Starbucks then at some point your child has asked for one of those small cartons of chocolate milk. You have either bought one or powered through the cries. Either way in the end you asked yourself, why doesn’t this stuff need to be refrigerated? Turns out the answer is in the way it is pasteurized and put in the special single serve carton so that you don’t need to put it in the fridge until opened. However, whenever I give LTD a single serve chocolate milk and he can’t finish it, he will ask to save it for later, but somehow on every trip to the fridge it ends up in my mouth.
